How to wear and use the Limiter
-
Wear the armband securely around your upper forearm or upper arm.
-
For best accuracy, we recommend the sensor is positioned on the inside of the forearm. It should be tight and secure, but not too tight, that it restricts blood circulation.
-
Turn On: Press the start-up button on the top case, the LED light will flash Blue.
-
Turn Off: Press and HOLD the start-up button until the LED flashes RED and the sensor vibrates and turns off.
-
Please note: During the first 5-10 seconds from turn on, the sensor will search for your heart rate. It is recommended to wear the armband around your forearm when you turn on.

How to set your Max Heart Rate Limit
When will the Limiter alert vibrate
-
The Limiter will vibrate 3 times to let you know you have exceeded your maximum heart rate BPM limit. The LED will also flash RED.
-
If 140 BPM is selected as the MAX BPM, the Limiter will vibrate 3 times when your heart rate is increasing at a rate that will exceed 140 BPM. When this happens, it is an alert that your BPM may have exceeded the limit you selected.
