Power Pedal is more accessible to gym uses with trainers. SPD®, Look® Delta cleat pedals are great for cycling with performance advantages, but require cycling shoes to operate. The flat surface with toe cage and adjustable strap allows excellent foot support and cycling experience.
 
Installation is easy, all you need is a Philips screw driver to assemble the toe cage and a 15mm spanner (wrench) to fit to the bike. Installation videos show you how to install the pedals in seconds.
